Customer suggestion scheme

We encourage our customers’ involvement in all activities the Trust carries out and we welcome suggestions no matter how small you may feel they are, as every penny counts to a better service.

This initiative empowers our customers to identify ideas and suggestions to improve the service in following areas:

  • Value for money - Any value for money savings you feel Parkway Green Housing Trust can make to deliver better services to customers
  • Equality and Diversity - Any Equality and Diversity improvements you feel Parkway Green Housing Trust can make to the services delivered to customers where it is beneficial for diverse groups of customers, and does not compromise value for money
  • Resident Involvement - Any suggestions to make customers more involved, that results in a better response and better participation rates from residents.

How you can do it

Any ideas related to the above areas should be recorded our online form. If you prefer, you can fill in our printable form, which you can download. You can then print and send it to us.

How we check it

All ideas are to be reviewed every two months by the Executive Team and Tenants Scrutiny Committee for approval, with consideration of business viability and tenancy sustainability.

Suggestions that are approved by both the Executive Team and Tenants Scrutiny Committee for successful implementation will be published and rewarded. For any suggestions that are not approved, Parkway Green Housing Trust will provide feedback to the customer.

Rewards

Value for money

  • If the idea saves below £2,000 (based on annual saving) – the customer will receive £50 of that saving in high street vouchers
  • If the idea saves above £2,000 (based on annual saving) – 50% of the saving made will be used to improve the area where this customer lives. Additionally, a £50 voucher will be given to the Customer

Equality and Diversity, Resident Involvement

  • If the suggestion is implemented based on improving Equality and Diversity services to diverse groups of customers or improving Resident Involvement rates, the customer will receive up to £50 in high street vouchers
  • If the idea creates, on top of Equality and Diversity or Resident Involvement, any efficiencies or savings, please refer to the value for money rewards.
