We’re getting better all the time

A massive thank you, to all those of you who completed our survey. Your feedback is appreciated and we use it very carefully in making sure our services are giving you what you want.

We’re really pleased with what you told us about our services with 90 per cent of you saying that you are satisfied with the overall service provided by Parkway Green in our most recent survey conducted in March 2011– this is an increase of 9 per cent from the survey conducted in 2008.

We saw similar increases for the overall quality of your home – up from 77 per cent in 2008 to 90 per cent in 2011- a massive 13 per cent increase, and the general condition of your property from 69 per cent in 2008 to 90 per cent - a further massive increase in satisfaction by 21 per cent. The table of results on the link below summarises the results and the difference from the survey in 2008.

We also asked your thoughts on your Neighbourhood as a place to live, in 2008, 70% of customers were satisfied this increased to a staggering 90% in 2011.

The way you think we deal with repairs and maintenance has also improved, from 77 per cent to 89 per cent and 94 per cent of you think we are either very good or fairly good at keeping you informed about things that might affect you – up 13 per cent from 2008.
