We have restructured our trained team to work more effectively over busy
lunchtimes and high peak call times to be able to meet the service standard
targets set by you, our customers.
PG Direct’s 0300 111 0000 number is a local rate phone number saving you money. Our 0300 number is free for many callers – including those using inclusive minutes from mobile packages and those on a BT or Virgin monthly price plan. We are also happy to call you back using a free ring-back service, so you don’t have to pay for the call.

We are open between 8.00am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, (calls are diverted on Wednesdays between 2.00pm and 3.00pm for training). Our out of hours service can be reached using this number between 5.30pm and 8.00am, Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday for emergency calls.
