'Wythenshawe's got talent' is the great new contest for local people to show what they’re made of. Almost anything goes - except the full monty of course!

Win big prizes at the glittering final at the civic centre in October 2008.

There are three age categories:

The winner of each category gets £250 - with an extra £250 for the best act overall!

To join in the fun, you must live or work in the M22 or M23 postcode area. And if you're under 16, you'll need to come with a parent or guardian.

Come along to auditions in front of our expert judges on Friday 19 September at the civic centre. Don't worry, they're a lot nicer than nasty Simon Cowell!

But you must register first. We can't see anyone who isn't registered.
