Potential partnership with Willow Park Housing Trust

Willow Park and Parkway Green Housing Trusts are the main providers of affordable housing to the people of Wythenshawe.

Both organisations are committed to improving the delivery of services and supporting the Wythenshawe community and to this aim the Trusts are examining the potential of establishing a legal partnership that would create a new Group Structure.

The process is at a very early stage and will take some time to conclude. However, the Boards on both Trusts feel that ‘on paper’ there is a good fit, sharing similar values/cultures, aspirations and long term goals for Wythenshawe.

If the partnership goes ahead, the new Group would be responsible for over 13,500 houses across Wythenshawe and provide employment to over 500 people.
