If you were a Manchester council tenant when Parkway Green took over in October 2006, look out for the new tenancy agreement coming through your door between now and the end of November.

This replaces the tenancy agreement you had with the City Council. It's really important that you sign and return the cover of the new agreement.

In the same envelope you'll get a survey form asking for information about everyone living in your home. Fill it in, send it back to us, and you'll help us make sure our services meet your needs in the future

What if you didn't transfer from the City Council?

If you became a Parkway Green tenant after the October 2006 transfer you won't get a tenancy agreement through the post (because you already signed one when you got the keys to your Parkway Green home). But we still want your views – so look out for the survey form soon!
