Parkway Green tenant Terrance Gorton is £250 better off after sparing a few minutes to answer some simple questions about himself and his household.

His name was first out of the hat in a prize draw for everyone who returned our recent ‘status survey’ questionnaire. Three other lucky tenants scooped £50 each as runners-up.

Better understanding

The survey helped us build a picture of all our customers and what we need to do to treat everyone fairly. It’s given us a better understanding of our customers, what they want, and where they want to go.

And it’s meant four of them have picked up a bit of extra cash too!
