The extreme weather hasn’t stopped our dedicated team from providing an excellent service.

Open all hours

We did everything we could to stay open throughout the recent snow storms and freezing nights. We even made sure staff were on hand to help in the evenings and over the weekend. We also dealt with over 300 emergency repairs to make sure that no one was at risk during the big freeze.

Keeping off the cold

Our Neighbourhood officers rang round and visited over 300 vulnerable tenants during the cold snap. We made sure they were keeping warm and had everything they needed. And we worked with our Connaughts (our contractor partners) to clear snow from the worst hit areas – so everyone could keep going.

Warm hearts

Ian Gregg, our Director of Communities and Investment, said “We are always keen to support the community and go above and beyond. We all appreciate how difficult it has been to get out in freezing conditions and have been doing everything we can to continue to deliver our services to the highest of standards.
