All ears: we're waiting for your call to our new low-cost phone number.
As part of our customer service revamp, we’ve just launched PG Direct, our new in-house, contact centre service. Just like before, you can do all kinds of things over the phone, such as paying your rent, ordering repairs or reporting antisocial behaviour. Just call 0300 111 0000.
PG Direct is a local rate phone number, even from mobiles with inclusive minutes. And we’ve got a free ring-back service, so you don’t have to pay for the call.
Our customer service team have recently grown in number, to help us handle even more calls. As fully-trained members of Parkway Green, they’ll also be able to deal with calls more easily. And since they’re in-house, you’ll get an even more efficient service from PG React.
Just as before, this new number is there for you to make any kind of call. Whether you’re worried about rent, thinking of a home-exchange, requesting a repair, or asking about the home improvements programme – this is the number to call.
Just as before, the service will operate between the usual hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You can also phone this number in an emergency (where there is a danger to health or safety), 24 hours a day, any day.
