From Monday 30 July 2007 our local offices are open longer.

You can come and see us in person at 460 Palatine Road, Northenden; or 137 Bowland Road, Baguley at these times . . .

  • Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am to 2:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm (appointments until 6:30pm)
  • Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

Our phone lines (0300 111 0000) are open 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday; and 24 hours for emergencies.
