  • your personal Tenants' handbook gives you useful information and practical advice about looking after your home and settling in to your neighbourhood. It tells you what you can expect from us, and describes your responsibilities
  • the latest issue of our regular 'Home and a Way' tenants' newsletter (pdf 1591kb)
  • the Charter for housing association applicants and residents (pdf 277kb) from a government watchdog called the Housing Corporation.
