- your personal
Tenants' handbook gives you useful information and
practical advice about looking after your home and settling in to
your neighbourhood. It tells you what you can expect from us, and
describes your responsibilities
- the latest issue of our regular 'Home
and a Way' tenants' newsletter (pdf 1591kb)
- the
Charter for housing association applicants and residents
(pdf 277kb) from a government watchdog called the Housing
Corporation. All registered not-for-profit landlords like Parkway
Green must stick to certain rules and standards. The Charter tells
you what we must do to keep to the rules, and the sort of things a
good landlord should be expected to offer.
