New post for better home improvements

A new member of staff will improve the service we give you when we make major improvements to your home.
We created the new post as a direct response to what tenants told us in special focus groups. Customer satisfaction with the work of our building company partners, and the condition they leave homes, are really important to local people.
It’s another example of our ‘You said; we did’ approach to tenant consultation.
Quickly and efficiently
Lesley Cailey started as our new of customer care coordinator in January 2009. She’ll make it easier for you to get hold of the right people from the building company, and see that problems are sorted out quickly and efficiently.
“I’ll make sure we deliver our promises,” she says. “Every improvement must be done to the highest standard; and we’ll push for an even better level of service.”
