Good neighbours, good gardens and a good chance for everyone to catch-up at our third Annual Tenants and Residents conference.
Over 100 Wythenshawe residents came together on the 18 November to talk about this year’s achievements and put questions to our executive panel. There were workshop sessions with our finance, property services and regeneration teams. There was also the chance to hear about the regeneration of Wythenshawe from our building partners and the Lord Mayor of Manchester, Councillor Alison Firth.
Three great neighbours won the admiration of their community this year with one of Good Neighbour Awards. So, thank you to John Donahey, Alan Ryan, and Brian Nuttall for going the extra mile, and helping to make their neighbourhood the best place to be.
Another great year and another difficult time when picking the winners. Well done to all who took part and who help to make Wythenshawe neighbourhoods so colourful.

Chair of the Tenants and Residents Committee, Steve Thompson, said: ‘The conference was a massive success and really built on last year’s event! Tenants and Residents seemed to really enjoy getting the chance to meet the Lord Mayor and have their picture taken. A big thank you to everyone who was involved and who attended, because without you it wouldn’t have been such a massive success. I hope to see you all next year.’
