Parkway Green staff and cheque for Haiti

Like everyone, we were shocked by the Haiti earthquake. And like many, we were determined to help.

Staff support

After two days of fund-raising, our staff raised £330, which we immediately matched to bring the total to £660. This money will go directly towards the work that’s rebuilding lives on the Caribbean island. Our Chief Executive, Nigel Wilson, said “Staff really wanted to do their bit to help and it’s fantastic we’ve managed to raise so much in such a short space of time. It’s a clear expression of staff’s commitment to such a worthy cause.” 

If you want to donate

You can still make a donation to the relief effort, which will help to pay for water, food supplies, medicines, health care and shelter. Just visit the central donation site, Disasters Emergency Committee, which brings together all the support agencies, including the British Red Cross, Oxfam, and Save the Children.
