Green light for Parkway Green

We may be only 18 months old, but we've already won top-level recognition of our progress from a government watchdog!

The Housing Corporation examines the performance of not-for-profit landlords like Parkway Green, and awards them a green, amber or red 'traffic light' depending on how well they do.

After thoroughly checking how we're run, the Corporation gave us the highest green light ratings for being financially viable, well-governed and properly managed.

Great achievement

Their assessment said that we have made "good progress" in the home improvement programme and recognised high customer satisfaction with the work. It also highlighted our strong commitment to resident involvement.
