Shows - Parkway Green staff celebrating their achievementsWythenshawe's Parkway Green Housing Trust is proud to announce it has been awarded with a unique double recognition.
It has been awarded ‘Investors in People Gold' award and has also become the first business in the country to achieve the ‘Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice' award.
The accolade is the highest national standard that recognises good practice in engaging, developing and involving an organisation's employees.
It also means the organisation sees effective health and wellbeing
programmes as key to delivering the flexibility it needs for continued
innovation and growth.
The awards recognise Parkway Green's commitment to staff and its desire to give even better services to its customers.
Parkway Green's HR and Organisational Development Manager Ian Gleave said: "This is a fantastic achievement and a huge compliment to be recognised for all the hard work that's gone on to achieve this!"
Parkway Green Chief Executive Nigel Wilson said: "The Investors in
People Gold and Health and Wellbeing Good Practice awards are
accomplishments of which all Parkway Green staff are proud. As we are
still not yet four years old, these awards are a clear recognition of the
investment we continue to make in all our colleagues across the business
and our desire to equip everyone with the ability to deliver the best
services for all our customers."
