Directors hit the streets

When we say 'we're community-based' . . . we mean it!

Picture of directors Chief Executive Nigel Wilson, centre with rake, leads Parkway Green office staff on a tidy up round Alfred Morris Court.

Parkway Green senior managers regularly get out from behind their desks to see what's going on for themselves.

Your housing service is delivered by our 120-strong workforce. You'll see plenty of us out and about in our distinctive Parkway Green jackets making sure your estate is up-to-scratch and tackling problems quickly and efficiently - right up to the chief executive and his three directors!

Walkabout

"Local people voted for transfer to Parkway Green because they wanted an organisation that's in touch with local issues" explains chief executive Nigel Wilson. "It's easy for senior staff to sit in an office and look at statistics on how well the organisation is doing, but you can't beat seeing for yourself if a block is being cleaned properly or whether repairs are getting done".

So the chief executive, or one of the three directors, go on an 'estate walkabout' every month. Look out for them next in:
