Keep out bogus callers!

Watch out for bogus callers at your door! That's the message we're sending to all tenants - especially while many are opening their doors to workers coming to do home improvements.

One of the companies we're using to fit new kitchens and bathrooms, Connaughts Partnerships, have come up with a handy little device to help stop tricksters getting in. It's a double-sided sticker for your front window or glass door-panel: on the side facing out it tells callers that they'll be asked for identity; on the side facing in it reminds you to ask for ID.

Identity check

Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see the caller's identity badge with their photo on. All Parkway Green staff, and workers from our building company partners - Connaughts, Bramall Construction, The Lord Group, Emmanuel Whittaker and H.T.Forrest - carry ID, and won't mind being asked to wait while you check it. If in doubt, contact us.
