Your BIG say
The National Conversation recently finished its first phase with the return of over 23,000 tenant questionnaires.
The findings so far
The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) sent 80,000 to registered social landlords across the country, including Parkway Green. The 23,000 returns exceeded their expectations, and helped them to decide on their three priorities for the year ahead. Although most landlords were reported as getting the basics right, the TSA needs to focus on the regulation of repairs, rent and decent homes standards.
A big thank you
The National Conversation wouldn’t exist without your ideas and input. So thank you to all of you who filled in one of the questionnaires. Meanwhile, you can visit the National Conversation website to find out more, get involved or have your say.
More about the TSA
The TSA (Tenants Services Authority) is a new government body that monitors the performance of not-for-profit organisations like Parkway Green. It is their role to give you - and tenants across the country - the chance to set the performance standards for all landlords. Once the new standards are agreed, the TSA will use them to monitor how well we perform when we deliver our services to you. They'll check that we're improving the way we work too. Giving tenants and landlords a say in setting the standards means those standards will reflect your, and our, aspirations. We'll all feel that we have a stake in them and that we can all work towards an even better Parkway Green service.

Big say: the National Conversation is the
country's biggest-ever tenants' consultation event
