All systems go for home improvements

Work has started, with lots more to come!

We promised we'd make a difference to tenants' homes as soon as we became your new landlord. And we're not hanging about!

Within a few days of our launch at the end of October, we'd started making improvements to homes across Parkway Green.

We're already updating kitchens and bathrooms around Colshaw Road in Newall Green, replacing windows and doors around Tunshill Road in Brooklands and Bucklow Drive in Northenden, and converting balconies on flats around Bideford Drive in Baguley.

And if you live in Floatshall Road in Baguley we'll soon be down your street with new kitchens and bathrooms for you and your neighbours.

Massive programme

This is just the start of a massive programme of improvements to every home in Parkway Green. It will take time to work our way around 6,000 homes, so some people will see us sooner than others.

And watch out for a great new service coming to this website - you'll soon be able to check when we'll be coming down your street, and what we'll be doing, at the click of a mouse!

Plenty of information

When your turn comes, you'll get plenty of information telling you what's going to be done, how long it will take, who's doing it and how to contact them.

We've chosen a number of building companies to do the work for us - Connaughts, Bramall Construction, The Lord Group, Emmanuel Whittaker and H.T.Forrest. So it's their vans you'll see pulling up outside your front door. But Parkway Green staff manage and supervise them, making sure their work is top-quality.

If in doubt, keep them out

Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see an identity badge with their photo on. All our building companies and Parkway Green staff carry ID and won't mind being asked to wait while you check it.

We are proud and excited be delivering the promises we made during the last year. And to prove to you that going for Parkway Green as your new landlord was the right choice.
