More local investment

We've just welcomed two local apprentices to our PG React team. And once again, proven our commitment to the community.

Ian Gregg (Director of Communities and Investment), Mark Whiney, Sam Ince and Mike Richmond (PG React Manager)

Mark Whiney, 19, won his place after interviews at Manchester College. While North Trafford College was the springboard for Sam Ince, 16. Both are continuing to study for their NVQs at these colleges while they complete their Parkway Green experience.

Right now, they’re taking part in our rigorous training programme, which includes gas servicing and central heating installation.  Once they’re through, they’ll be able to provide the same excellent standard of service you’ve come to expect from your PG React team. And with two extra members, we’ll be able to provide more of that excellent service.

Mark said, “I’m over the moon to be given this opportunity by Parkway Green and I’m looking forward to learning as much as I can! “

Ian Gregg, our Director of Communities and Investment, said, “We are committed to supporting Wythenshawe in anyway we can and we are delighted to have Mark and Sam join the team.”

“We want to make sure local residents get their share of job opportunities and apprenticeships, as that’s what local people told us they wanted!”
