Investors in People
Wythenshawe’s Parkway Green Housing Trust has been awarded with a unique double recognition. We have been awarded the ‘Investors in People Champion’ award, and also became the first business in the country to achieve the ‘Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Good Practice’ award.
The accolade is the highest national standard that recognises good practice in engaging, developing and involving an organisation’s employees. It also means the organisation sees effective health and wellbeing programmes as key to delivering the flexibility it needs for continued innovation and growth.
The awards recognise Parkway Green’s commitment to staff and its desire to give even better services to its customers.

As we are still not yet four years old, these awards are a clear recognition of the investment we continue to make in all our colleagues across the business and our desire to equip everyone with the ability to deliver the best services for all our customers.
Customer service excellence

Parkway Green is very proud to announce it’s been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Accreditation.
In order to achieve this standard the organisation had to successfully be assessed against the criteria over a three day period.
The accreditation challenges the Trust to know their customers better. To identify diverse groups, understand their needs and engage with them in a way that shows they are serious about delivering a high standard of service according to customer expectations.
But most importantly the standard means that the customer is always at the heart of everything that Parkway Green does.
Chief Executive of Parkway Green, Nigel Wilson, said: “We’re delighted to have been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Standard as it’s testament to all the hard work of our staff to achieve this. It’s nice to be recognised that we do put customers at the heart of everything we do and we will continue to do so into the future".
