Contact centre and main office hours

 

From 14 August 2010 for a trial period of 12 weeks, we are opening our contact center and main office on Saturday mornings between 9.00am and 12.00pm.

You will be able to contact us on the usual number, 0300 111 0000, to report repairs, and to book appointments for tenancy matters and rehousing advice.

You will also be able to make appointments for Saturday mornings in the office, for repairs or for a surveyor to visit at home if you find it difficult to be at home during our usual opening hours.
