When you apply for a home we will:

  1. process your application within two weeks
  2. give you information on the category you have been placed into and how to make bids, and offer prospects advice on request
  3. give you a right of appeal for all decisions, including category placing, and suspensions
  4. offer information on our areas to applicants and they will be able to choose the area they wish to live in
  5. offer you an office interview or a home visit to give advice and assistance in completing the form.

    6. We will measure these standards by: mystery shopping and performance reporting to Neighbourhood Performance Panels.
