The Airport Group

Parkway Green is a member of The Airport Group, an informal alliance of 14 like-minded, stock transfer housing associations that are committed to working in collaboration on issues of common interest. Together they manage 174,500 social homes across the North West and Pennine regions, home to some 400,000 people, giving the group unparalleled knowledge of residents' aspirations.
PGHT have worked with the Airport Group on a range of project including ILM training for staff and residents and a range of worklessness projects .
Housing Diversity Network (HDN)

Parkway Green are a member of the Housing Diversity Network- A National not for profit organisation which offer specialist training and advice on equality and diversity issues to the housing sector, they also offer specialist consultancy and training in this field.
Our senior staff are also involved in supporting HDN’s two main mentoring programmes ‘Edge Forward’ and 'Glass Forward'.
JV North

JV NORTH is a joint venture company formed in 2007 by a group of housing associations, mainly large scale stock transfers, based in the North West.
The company was set up to create significant economies of scale and efficiency through the shared procurement of new house building projects, optimise grant funding from the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA), undertake a range of regeneration projects, respond to the needs of the changing housing markets in the local areas and support economic growth and the achievement of PGHT objectives.
Manchester Working

Manchester Working is a £350 million joint venture between Morrison Facilities Services and Manchester City Council.
The partnership brings together the knowledge and skills of the Council’s workforce with Morrison’s commercial expertise and ability to secure work in new markets. The company’s aim is to deliver services that will meet the clients changing requirements whilst at the same time continually improving service quality and competitiveness.
Manchester Working provides a range of facilities management services to our residential stock.
Manchester City Council (MCC)

Parkway Green work in partnership with Manchester City Council on a whole range of different projects and initiatives including both the ‘Real Lives’ and ‘Real Neighbours’ Projects. The city councils integrated Neighbourhood Management Team is also co-located in our offices.
Manchester Strategic Housing Partnership (MSHP)

The Manchester Strategic Housing Partnership (MSHP) brings together the City Council, public and private landlords, and others with an interest in the city's housing.
Members of the partnership can use this website to share information, experiences and successes. It can help you create better housing choices and decent homes for everyone - whatever their resources.
PGHT is also the local Area Coordinator for Wythenshawe and feedback the key local issues to all the registered landlords in Wythenshawe.
MU Foundation

Parkway Green works with the Manchester United Foundation on a number of projects such as the ‘Footie Fix’ Programme and the ‘Manchester School of Excellence’.
The MU Foundation deliver everything from football coaching, skills training, personal development and life changing experiences, to provide young people with opportunities to change their lives for the better. Through football, they encourage young people to develop as players and more importantly as people.
Procure Plus

Procure Plus is in the business of regeneration. It is a consortium of registered housing providers with stock in the North West of England and has formed an alliance with Cumbria Housing Partners, Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humberside), Lancashire Housing Partnership and North East Procurement to form a unique northern alliance of Registered Providers.
They procure goods and services related to repairs and maintenance budgets on behalf of registered providers that are committed to making material differences to the social and economic wellbeing of their neighbourhoods.
We work with Procure Plus to deliver the majority of our investment activity and they have also helped establish our 2 social enterprises ‘Pg Gateway’ and ‘PG Turnaround’
Stonewall

Parkway Green are members of Stonewall, a charity that works with a whole range of agencies to address the needs of lesbians, gay men and bisexuals in the wider community.
Stonewall are also a member of the Equality and Diversity Forum, a network of national organisations committed to progress on age, disability, gender, race, religion and belief, and sexual orientation issues.
UHSM

UHSM is a major acute teaching hospital trust providing services for adults and children at Wythenshawe Hospital and Withington Community Hospital. It also provides community services that were formerly operated by Manchester Primary Care Trust.
It is recognised as a centre of clinical excellence and provides district general hospital services and specialist tertiary services to the local community. Its fields of specialist expertise include cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery, heart and lung transplantation, respiratory conditions, burns and plastics, cancer and breast care services – not only servicing the people of South Manchester, but helping patients from across the North West and beyond.
It is also recognised in the region and nationally for the quality of teaching, research and development. Its major research programmes focus on cancer, lung disease, wound management and medical education.

Willow Park Housing Trust

Willow Park Housing Trust is a registered social landlord, owning and managing nearly 8000 homes in East Wythenshawe. The not-for-profit company and a charity was established to transform housing conditions in the area and support the regeneration of this dynamic and rapidly changing part of Manchester.
Willow Park has provided a grounds maintenance and communal cleaning contract for Parkway Green since 2009. We also jointly employ 2 members of staff to deliver a shared range of projects on financial inclusion and employment Initiatives.
