When it's your turn, we'll visit you at home to explain exactly what will happen. You'll get plenty of information about what's going to be done, how long it will take, who's doing it and how to contact them.
We've chosen a number of building companies to do the work for us - Connaughts, Bramall Construction, Emanuel Whittaker and H.T.Forrest. So it's their vans you'll see pulling up outside your front door.
The building companies' 'resident liaison officers' will help everything go smoothly. Tell them about any problems - they'll get things sorted out quickly. Parkway Green staff manage and supervise the companies, making sure their work is top-quality.
Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see an identity badge with their photo on. All our building companies and Parkway Green staff carry ID, and won't mind being asked to wait while you check it. If in doubt, ring the number on the back of the badge.
We want to get things right every time. But, with 6,000 homes to do, there are bound to be some hiccups. When we finish the work on your home we'll leave a customer-satisfaction form.
