We're hard at work with our building company partners making top quality improvements in these areas:
To see when we're coming to your area, go to home improvements online.
Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see the caller's identity badge with their photo on. All our staff, and workers from our building company partners - Connaughts, Bramall Construction, Emanuel Whittaker and H.T.Forrest - carry ID, and won't mind being asked to wait while you check it. If in doubt, contact us.
When the improvements on your home are finished we'll give you a short satisfaction form to tell us what you thought of the work and the workers. Your feedback shows us where things are going well and if there's any room for improvement.
There have been some properties that we couldn’t access at certain points in the development. We’re now going back to these homes to make the improvements as soon as we can. If you know when we’re due to work on your property, and it’s a time that’s not convenient to you, please let us know as soon as possible. If we’re not able to access your property at the time we agree together, you might have to wait a while before we can make your home improvements.
