We're really cracking on with the exciting £90 million programme that will see all 5,800 Parkway Green homes enjoying the benefits of major improvements.

Here's what we've done since we started in November 2006, and what's going on now.

If in doubt, keep them out

Don't let anyone into your home without asking to see the caller's identity badge with their photo on. All our staff, and workers from our building company partners - Connaughts, Bramall Construction, Emanuel Whittaker and H.T.Forrest - carry ID, and won't mind being asked to wait while you check it. If in doubt, contact us.

What do you think?

When the improvements on your home are finished we'll give you a short satisfaction form to tell us what you thought of the work and the workers. Your feedback shows us where things are going well and if there's any room for improvement.
