Our £90 million Decent Homes programme is now complete with the exception of a few properties where residents have not yet provided access.

The majority of our houses have now been provided with modern facilities such as central heating, double-glazing and new kitchens and bathrooms.

Our attention is now turning to regeneration of the estates where you live.
