With an annual investment programme of improvements to make to every home, we must keep to strict timetables. And we need your help to keep things running smoothly.

We'll contact you with full details before any work starts, to make sure the dates are convenient and to answer all your questions. This is your chance to change the dates and tell us about any problems that might stop us getting in to do the work as planned.

We'll give you the name of your personal 'liaison worker' to contact about any problems while the work is going on.

Having major improvements done in your home can be a bit stressful. That's why we get in and out as quickly and cleanly as possible. But we've had difficulties getting into a few homes, even though arrangements have been agreed. If the workers can't get in for a day it can lead to weeks of delays and inconvenience for you, because of the commitments to other residents.

We want to finish the job as quickly as we can, so please let the workers in on the days you've agreed.
