By appointment

Arrange an appointment with a member of staff - at a local office or in your home. Appointments are between 10am and 4pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: and between 10am and 6.30pm Thursday. Make your appointment by phone (see above).

In person

Visit our local offices;

  • Monday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am to 2:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm (appointments until 6:30pm)
  • Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm

Our offices are accessible to disabled people; there are no barriers for wheelchair users for instance. We have reserved parking, an induction loop for deaf people, clear signs and lifts to higher floors.
