Gas boiler: standards

provide an appointment to notify you in writing three weeks before we intend to carry out a gas service. You can request a change to this appointment
offer you evening and weekend service appointments
provide a gas certificate of service for the boiler and fire in your home and check/test the smoke alarm
conduct your gas service on a 10 monthly cycle
offer a reward incentive scheme to residents that enable access on the first visit.

We will measure these standards by: transactional surveys and performance reporting to Neighbourhood Performance Panels.
