As a Parkway Green tenant you can look forward to a free service and safety check of your gas equipment and smoke alarms during 2007. And it's not just a one-off - we'll come round every year to do this vital work.

We've teamed-up with a company called Sure Maintenance. Their fully-qualified gas engineers will give your home the expert treatment to help keep your heating bills down, and give you peace of mind too.

When are we coming?

Our engineers will be coming to your area soon . . .

  • Newall Green: January to February 2007
  • Northenden: February to March 2007
  • Northern Moor: March to May 2007
  • Brooklands: May to July 2007
  • Baguley: July to October 2007

Nearer the time we'll send you an appointment through the post and tell you how to check the engineers' identification.

About 30 people a year in Britain fall victim to fumes from gas appliances, so we're sure you'll be happy to have the free service and check. But a (very) small number of people are reluctant to let the engineers in. We can't risk anyone's safety, so if someone doesn't let us in, we'll go to court to get permission to enter their home. They could face a £765 legal bill.
