A fifth Parkway Green tenant became £250 richer in November 2007 by winning the regular prize draw for people who let us in first time to check their gas appliances.

You could be the next winner - we're now doing gas safety checks in Newall Green. All you have to do to enter is keep the first appointment we make with you.

Checks are done by identity-card-carrying qualified gas servicing engineers from Sure Maintenance. They're quick, clean and efficient - and they're happy to wait outside while you check their identity before letting them in. If you have a gas card meter, please make sure there's enough credit for us to do the check when your appointment time comes.

By law we must - and will - check every gas appliance in every home, every year. Please protect yourself, your family, your neighbours and visitors and allow our contractors to get the service done at the first time of asking. Over 99 percent of tenants let us in to do these checks. But anyone who refuses us access risks legal action and a big fine.
