Do you know someone who:

  • Is subletting or renting out their Parkway Green home without permission?

What can you do to help?

We are working hard to track down tenancy cheats and ensure that homes are given to people who really need them.

Your help in reporting tenancy cheats is important because you can see what is happening in your neighbourhood.

  • You might know that someone has a home that we don’t know about, or that gave false information in their housing application
  • You might suspect someone of subletting if you have seen them collect rent from your neighbours
  • You might be suspicious because the tenants of a property keep changing.

Tell us about your suspicions, and we’ll follow it up. If your tip-off leads us to recover a home you may get a reward*.

*There is a national cash reward scheme for information supplied that leads to the recovery of a property. This reward is £500 and will cover the first 1,000 properties nationally that are recovered.

If you prefer, you can provide information anonymously. However, if you would like to be put forward for the £500 potential reward, we will need your details. Please note that these will be kept confidential.
