Anti Social behaviour Standards
When tackling anti social behaviour (ASB) we will:
- investigate all cases of ASB and nuisance within the agreed policy timescales, available separately
- categorise cases as either high, medium or low level, and tell you when you report a case, what category we consider the case to be (available separately)
- where a case is ongoing, keep victims and witnesses informed every two weeks throughout the process and provide an out of hours reporting service and access to witness support for emergency incidents
- take the appropriate legal remedy and use a variety of tools to tackle ASB, including diversionary activities and preventative measures to reduce ASB
- ask you to tell us how you felt we managed the process at the end of the case.
We will measure these standards by: mystery shopping, satisfaction surveys and performance reporting to Neighbourhood Performance Panels.
