Anti Social behaviour Standards

When tackling anti social behaviour (ASB) we will:

  1. investigate all cases of ASB and nuisance within the agreed policy timescales, available separately
  2. categorise cases as either high, medium or low level, and tell you when you report a case, what category we consider the case to be (available separately)
  3. where a case is ongoing, keep victims and witnesses informed every two weeks throughout the process and provide an out of hours reporting service and access to witness support for emergency incidents
  4. take the appropriate legal remedy and use a variety of tools to tackle ASB, including diversionary activities and preventative measures to reduce ASB
  5. ask you to tell us how you felt we managed the process at the end of the case.

We will measure these standards by: mystery shopping, satisfaction surveys and performance reporting to Neighbourhood Performance Panels.
