Neighbourhood surgeries

We have reviewed the use of our Neighbourhood Surgeries, as we have found that not all of them are being well attended, and our Tenants’ Scrutiny Committee has now asked that we try a different approach.

Our Neighbourhood Officers are now going to use the surgery slots to carry out block inspections and other visits whilst they are in the area – but you can still catch them at the same time as the surgery was!

Please see table below for time slots when your officer will be in your area – just give them a call if you want to see them when they are nearby!

Please note there is no surgery in Northern Moor – tenants can visit the Brooklands or Northenden Surgery.

Newall Green	Walk up blocks, Tuesday (2-4pm)
Bideford Estate and Royal Oak	Estates Inspections, Thursday mornings (10-12)
Northenden	West View Court, Thursday afternoons (2-4pm)
Brooklands	Church of Nazarene, Tuesday 10-12
