Repairs: standards we must keep
After the repair
- We will carry out a survey over the phone asking you how satisfied
you were with the work. We will contact 20% of tenants who have had a
repair completed in the last month. However please contact us if you are
not happy with any part of your repair.
- If you tell us you were not happy with the work, we will
investigate the situation. If there is still a problem we will put it
right.
- We will regularly publish our repairs performance (for example how
many jobs are done on time) on the internet and in Parkway Green
publications.
