Repairs: standards we must keep

After the repair

  1. We will carry out a survey over the phone asking you how satisfied you were with the work. We will contact 20% of tenants who have had a repair completed in the last month. However please contact us if you are not happy with any part of your repair.
  2. If you tell us you were not happy with the work, we will investigate the situation. If there is still a problem we will put it right.
  3. We will regularly publish our repairs performance (for example how many jobs are done on time) on the internet and in Parkway Green publications.
