Repairs: the appointment system

You can make an appointment to get most repairs done at a time that's convenient for you.

Early morning: 8am to 10:30am
Morning: 10am to 12:30pm
Early afternoon: 12noon to 2:30pm
Afternoon: 2pm to 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday early evening: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday evening: 5:30pm to 7pm
Saturday morning: 9am to 12noon

When you call 0300 111 0000 and you want an appointment out of the normal slots please ask for the evening or Saturday appointments.
