How to pay your rent

There are six ways to pay your rent . . .

1. online

Use your bank debit card or credit card to pay over the internet. The money will go into your rent account within two working days. Pay online.

2. by direct debit

This is probably the best way to pay. The money goes from your bank on time, and there's no danger you'll forget to pay! To set up a direct debit, phone us on 0300 111 0000 and ask to speak to a rent officer. Have your bank account details ready and we can set up a direct debit over the phone.

3. by phone

Phone 0300 111 0000 to pay by bank debit card or credit card. Have your tenancy reference number handy.

4. at the post office

Use your rent card to pay at any post office. Pay by cash or cheque. It's a free service. Find your nearest post office.

5. by post

Send a cheque (made out to Parkway Green Housing Trust) to: Parkway Green Housing Trust, Parkway Green House, 460 Palatine Road, Northenden, M22 4DJ.

Write your name, address and housing reference number (from your rent card) on the back of the cheque. Don't send cash through the post!

6. at a paypoint or payzone

Look out for the purple Paypoint sign, or pink Payzone sign at your local shop, newsagent or petrol station. Use your rent card and pay with cash. It's a free, convenient and private service - shop staff won't see details of your rent account. Please keep your receipt. Find your nearest paypoint.
