Rent service: standards
When collecting rents we will:
- offer you a range of ways to pay your rent
- contact you within a week of a missed payment to see if we can help
- set up and agree an affordable repayment plan with you if you are in arrears with your rent
- offer you debt advice or refer you to another agency that may be able to help you if we can’t
- provide a quarterly rent statement to you and further statements upon request within a week.
We will measure these standards by: mystery shopping and performance reporting to Neighbourhood Performance Panels.
