Repairs and maintenance

We are responsible for maintaining:

  • communal areas - staircases, corridors, lifts, gardens and pathways
  • structural and exterior repairs - foundations, outside walls, the roof, window frames, external doors and frames, service pipes and ducts

You pay a regular "service charge" to Parkway Green to cover the costs of this work. You may also pay for other services like caretaking. We send you a regular service charge statement telling you where you are up to with your service charge account.
