The leaseholders task group gives you a say in the Parkway Green scene

People who have bought their flat from the City Council or from Parkway Green are called 'leaseholders'.

Most of the home improvements that are revitalising our area are being done on the 6,000 homes owned and managed by Parkway Green. But if you live in a flat that you've bought from the Council or Parkway Green you may see improvements to the outside of your building - new windows, doors or upgrades to the walls or roof for example.

Our new 'leaseholders task group', gives you the chance to have your say about the improvements and other issues that affect you. Leaseholders are an important part of the Parkway Green community, so we welcome your thoughts on our service.
