Leaseholders

People who have bought their flat from the City Council or from Parkway Green are called 'leaseholders'.

A lease is a private contract between the leaseholder and the owner of the building as a whole - Parkway Green Housing Trust. It describes who is responsible for doing what.

We are now able to accept payments by direct debit on your account, this is a more flexible method than standing order and payments can be set up to be made weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly.

It can be any day to suit you. You can also pay online via our website and over the telephone with a debit or credit card or we can provide you with a barcode to enable you to pay anywhere displaying the Paypoint or Payzone logo or at the Post Office.
